About
I work with educators, institutions, and young professionals who are navigating learning, development, and professional growth in increasingly complex educational and organisational contexts. My role is to support them in making sense of these processes through research-informed perspectives grounded in psychology and learning sciences.
Much of my work focuses on helping individuals and teams develop greater awareness of how learning happens—how goals are set, how progress is monitored, and how reflection can lead to more sustainable development. Drawing on research on metacognition, self-regulated learning, and cognitive processes, I support the design of learning and training practices that encourage clarity, agency, and long-term impact.
I am particularly interested in supporting thoughtful and ethical uses of digital technologies and AI in learning. Rather than promoting tools or quick solutions, I work with educators and organisations to explore how AI can function as a supportive resource when guided by pedagogical intent, critical awareness, and reflective practice.
As an Erasmus+ and SALTO trainer, I collaborate with educators, youth workers, and institutions across formal and non-formal education settings. In these roles, I contribute to international training programmes that aim to strengthen professional capacity, learning design, and reflective practice, while remaining responsive to the realities of diverse educational contexts.
Alongside institutional work, I also support individuals in education- and career-related development processes. This includes working with educators, trainers, and young professionals as they reflect on learning pathways, professional transitions, and competence development with greater confidence and direction.
Across all my work, I aim to create spaces for thoughtful learning, dialogue, and development. My focus is not on offering ready-made answers, but on supporting people and organisations in building learning practices that are meaningful, coherent, and grounded in evidence.
